Female Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes or assisted living environments. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Support medication administration following medical protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment for patients
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the system while adhering to privacy standards
• Support patients in community settings or long-term care facilities by providing personalized home & community care
• Any other non-medical services relevant to the position

Experience

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments preferred
• Certification as a CNA or HHA and CPR/BLS are required
• Experience in medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and hospice or memory care is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and family members

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
