Key Responsibilities
- Design & Documentation: Assist in creating plans, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates; review and check calculations; prepare technical reports.
- Site Supervision: Conduct site visits, inspect construction for quality and adherence to plans, and ensure safety standards are met.
- Coordination: Communicate with contractors, suppliers, architects, and other departments to resolve issues and align project goals.
- Project Management Support: Help manage timelines, budgets, progress tracking, and maintain project records and files.
- Data & Analysis: Perform surveys, collect data, analyze trends, and prepare reports on material usage, labor, and project status.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of engineering principles, analysis, problem-solving, and technical writing.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and project management basics.
