Work Structure
Daily onsite presence from 4 PM to 8 PM is mandatory, along with additional remote hours 9:30 pm - 1:30 am from home. Both are permanent responsibilities of the role.

We are hiring a confident and organized female professional to manage client leads, coordinate proposals, and ensure smooth communication between sales and operations. This is a structured growth role focused on strategy, follow ups, and deal coordination, not cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads from platforms
• Coordinate proposals and client communication
• Ensure timely follow ups and reporting
• Align client requirements with operations team
