Female Client Service Manager

About Company: Reconnect First Pvt LTD is a leading marketing and events agency that specializes in both traditional and innovative services like BTL and event management.

Role Overview:

As the Client Service Manager at Reconnect First Pvt LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our client support team. Your primary focus will be to ensure exceptional customer service delivery, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective customer service procedures.

- Ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to improve overall customer experience.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in an (BTL AGENCY) customer support role.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
