Job Summary: Dr. Nasma Salah Medical Centre is currently hiring a diligent and reliable Female Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization across the clinic, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our patients and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Sanitization: Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of consultation rooms, waiting areas, reception, and corridors using appropriate medical-grade cleaning agents.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors regularly to maintain a sterile environment.
• Waste Management: Collect and dispose of medical (hazardous) and general waste strictly following the clinic’s safety protocols and infection control regulations.
• Restroom Maintenance: Ensure restrooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and fully stocked with toiletries (soap, tissues, etc.) throughout the day.
• Dusting & Organizing: Dust furniture, medical equipment surfaces (under supervision), and keep patient areas organized and clutter-free.
• Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and pantry stock; request refills from management in a timely manner.
• Pantry & Laundry Duties: Maintain cleanliness of the staff pantry and assist with clinic laundry tasks (towels, sheets) if required.
• Maintenance Reporting: Immediately report any broken fixtures, leaks, or maintenance issues to the management.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only (due to clinic requirements).
• Experience: Previous housekeeping experience is required. Experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical center is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of hygiene, infection control, and safety standards in a healthcare setting.
• Skills:
• Good communication skills (Basic English is required).
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
