Female Club Manager (Saudi Only)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness club and ensure our members and staff enjoy the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the club’s team including fitness coaches, front desk staff, and support staff.
• Oversee daily club operations, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards.
• Drive membership growth and retention through excellent customer service and community engagement.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and report on key performance indicators.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of all club facilities and equipment.
• Develop and implement local marketing and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring high levels of performance and professionalism.
• Handle member concerns, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and solutions-oriented approach.
• Maintain strong communication with senior management and provide regular updates on club performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer service management.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Results-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Knowledge of fitness trends, membership models, and customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
