Female Cold Callers

Lasifa International is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Female Cold Callers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients and candidates, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting our recruitment and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and candidates.
• Introduce company services professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for management.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate requirements.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or call centers will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
