Female Cold Calling Executive – UK B2B Lead Generation (ITAD Campaign)

Location: Wapda Town Lahore (On-site)
Shift Timing: UK Shift – 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)

About the Company

Root Communication Limited is a growing UK-based IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) and IT Recycling company working with businesses across the United Kingdom. We help companies securely recycle and dispose of unwanted IT equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices, and business electronics.

We are currently looking for confident and experienced Female Cold Calling Executives to join our UK B2B lead generation team.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to UK businesses
• Generate B2B sales leads and qualified appointments
• Introduce IT Recycling & IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) services to companies
• Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners
• Maintain lead records and updates
• Follow up with potential clients via calls and emails
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 3-4 years provable experience in Cold Calling, Telesales, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation
• Excellent spoken English communication skills
• Experience with UK campaigns is highly preferred
• Strong confidence in speaking with business clients over the phone
• Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into leads
• Target-driven, energetic, and professional attitude
• IELTS (Preferable)
