Female Cold Calling Specialist (Day Shift)

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Cold Calling Agent (Female) to join our office-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily outbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales for our digital services.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to international clients (USA-based)
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Pitch website, design, and digital services professionally

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in cold calling / international sales
• Strong spoken English and communication skills
• Confidence in dealing with foreign clients
• Basic knowledge of digital services (websites, social media, etc.) is a plus
• Target-oriented mindset
