Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, creative, and trend-savvy Female Content Creator who is passionate about skincare and beauty. In this role, you will be the face of Rizcure across social media platforms — creating engaging, on-trend video and photo content that educates, entertains, and converts. You will plan the monthly content calendar, ideate concepts, and produce content that resonates with today's audience.

What You'll DoContent Creation & On-Camera Presence

• Appear confidently on camera as the face of Rizcure across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Create engaging video content including product demos, skincare routines, before & after transformations, tutorials, and trending formats.

• Film, edit, and post polished content independently or with minimal direction.

• Adapt to trending audio, transitions, hooks, and formats to maximize reach and engagement.

• Maintain an authentic and relatable on-camera personality that aligns with Rizcure's brand identity.

Content Calendar Management

• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar for all Rizcure social platforms.

• Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral content formats relevant to skincare and beauty.

• Schedule and publish content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.

• Ensure a healthy content mix: educational, promotional, entertaining, and community-driven posts.

• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Ideation & Strategy

• Brainstorm fresh, creative content ideas that showcase Rizcure products authentically.

• Identify trending skincare conversations, challenges, and moments to tap into.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas, product launches, and seasonal themes.

• Pitch new content formats and creative directions to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Community & Engagement

• Respond to comments and DMs in a warm, brand-aligned manner to build community.

• Monitor content performance and share insights on what's working and what isn't.

• Engage with followers, skincare communities, and relevant accounts to grow organic reach.

Requirements Who You Are

• A confident, photogenic female who is comfortable and natural in front of the camera.

• Genuinely passionate about skincare, beauty, and wellness.

• Active on social media with a strong understanding of what makes content go viral.

• Creative and self-motivated — able to generate ideas and execute them with minimal hand-holding.

• Detail-oriented with a good eye for aesthetics, lighting, and visual storytelling.

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a similar role (or a strong personal portfolio/social presence).

• Proficiency in video editing apps such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or InShot.

• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts best practices.

• Basic photo editing skills using Lightroom, VSCO, or similar tools.

• Ability to self-film using a smartphone or camera with an understanding of good lighting and framing.

• Strong communication skills in Urdu and/or English.

• Experience with skincare or beauty content is a strong plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

1–3 years in content creation or social media

Camera Confidence

Must be comfortable appearing on-camera regularly

Skincare Knowledge

Genuine interest or background in skincare/beauty

Editing Skills

CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar

Language

Urdu and/or English

Location

Lahore, Pakistan (preferred for on-site shoots)

Availability

Full-time or dedicated part-time with weekly deliverables
