Female Content Creator

About the Role
CodeWorx Developers is looking for a confident and charismatic Female Content Creator to represent our brand through high-quality marketing, informational, and tech-focused videos.

This role is ideal for someone who is bold, articulate, and comfortable on camera, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
Create and present short-form and long-form video content for:

• Tech explainers (Web, Apps, AI/ML)
• Marketing & sales-focused videos
• Informational and brand awareness content
• Act as the face of the brand in videos across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging with business goals
• Participate in scriptwriting, planning, and ideation of content
• Ensure content maintains a modern, professional, and engaging tone
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategy

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence with a bold and confident personality
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral or strong international accent
• Experience in content creation, video shoots, or presenting
• Basic understanding of tech, marketing, or sales concepts
• Ability to deliver content in a modern yet formal presentation style
• Good sense of personal styling and professional appearance (modern/formal dressing)
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Reels, TikTok, or YouTube content formats
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools
• Background in marketing, communications, or media
