Job Title: Part-Time Content Creator (Corporate Reels & Social Media)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and energetic Part-Time Content Creator to build our company’s social media presence through engaging office-based reels and short-form videos. You will create professional, trend-driven content that highlights our workplace culture, team, and daily moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video content (reels) in the office
• Appear in office videos and collaborate with team members on camera
• Engage employees and create relatable behind-the-scenes content
• Post content on the company’s social media pages with engaging captions and hashtags
• Research trends and adapt them for corporate content
• Develop fresh content ideas and creative concepts
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement) and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Active content creator with 1,000+ followers on a personal social media account
• Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with employees
• Strong understanding of short-form video formats (Reels/Shorts)
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (mobile apps or desktop software)
• Awareness of the latest social media trends and audio formats
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability
• Confident communication and people skills
• Availability to work from the office on required days

Nice to Have

• Experience creating corporate or brand content
• Knowledge of platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva or CapCut
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
