JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handles the end-to-end contract workflow.
  • Helps draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, making sure they meet business objectives and legal standards.
  • Achieves delivery of contractual obligations to agreed standards.
  • Prepares, negotiates, and assesses contracts such as contracts for the sale or purchase of products or services.
  • Supervises the efforts before a contract is signed.

  • An eye for detail and the ability to spot errors and omissions at a glance.
