About the Role

Reliance Animation Academy – Pune Franchisee is hiring a Female Counsellor to drive admissions for Animation, VFX, and 3D courses. The role combines student counselling, admissions, and course sales to support academy growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on Animation/VFX/3D courses, career paths, and skill development.
• Handle enquiries (walk-ins, calls, online) and convert to admissions.
• Meet monthly targets for course sales, enrolments, and revenue.
• Assist in admissions and maintain accurate student records (CRM/Excel).
• Coordinate with faculty/management on student progress.
• Support promotional, marketing, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Education/Animation background preferred).
• 3–4 years as an Academic Counsellor in education/training; animation domain preferred (Freshers will not be considered).
• Proven record in course sales/enrolments/business development.
• Excellent English & Marathi communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation and follow-up; proficient in MS Office/basic computers.
