Female curriculum coordinator

Timings : Mon- Saturday 8:30-3:30 with 2 saturdays and sundays off

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic educator who can design, refine, and drive a high-quality preschool curriculum across Playgroup to UKG. If you love early childhood learning and can support teachers without micromanaging them, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update age-appropriate curriculum, lesson plans, and activity guides.
• Train and support teachers through workshops, demos, and classroom observations.
• Ensure consistent academic quality across classrooms and branches.
• Coordinate assessments, portfolios, planners, and parent communication material.
• Standardise and manage teaching aids, classroom setup, and learning resources.
• Introduce new methodologies and ensure alignment with ECE best practices and NEP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in ECE, Child Development, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in preschool academics or curriculum design.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, milestones, and classroom flow.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Pay: ₹16,549.31 - ₹25,000.00 per month
