JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Female Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malayalam, English, and Hindi, with excellent communication skills and a warm, professional attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting jewellery products

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections

• Support the sales team to achieve store targets

• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Female candidates only

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail (jewellery experience preferred)

• Fluent in Malayalam, English, and Hindi

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Well-groomed with a pleasant and professional appearance

• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced retail environment

• Valid Qatar residence permit (preferred) or eligible to transfer visa
