Female Customer Chat Support

We are looking for a dedicated Female Customer Chat Support Representative to handle customer inquiries through online chat and provide effective solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong written communication skills who are comfortable interacting with customers in UK English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and relevant information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the relevant department when required.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and meet daily performance targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills in UK English.
• Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and customer handling skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: Intermediate or above.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer chat or customer service is preferred.

Location: Office No. 3B, 3rd Floor, Plaza 100, MM Alam Road, Lahore.
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time), Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
