We are looking for a bilingual professional who can bridge the gap between service and sales. You will be responsible for supporting our Arabic and English-speaking clients, solving their problems, and identifying opportunities to grow our revenue through proactive selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Bilingual Support: Handle customer inquiries in both Arabic and English via phone, email, and chat.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products or upgrades (upselling/cross-selling).
- Lead Conversion: Turn inbound inquiries from Arabic-speaking markets into successful sales.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer records and sales activity in our CRM.
Requirements
- Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong command of English is required.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Experience: 1+ years in a dual sales and service role or similar customer-facing position.
- Adaptability: Ability to switch between a "helper" mindset and a "closer" mindset effortlessly.
