Female Customer Service Representative (CSR)

London Aesthetics & Rejuvenation Centre is a leading medical aesthetics & skincare clinic in Lahore, offering advanced skin, laser, and cosmetic treatments. We are looking for a friendly and confident Female CSR to manage client interactions and enhance customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries
• Guide clients about treatments, services, and ongoing offers
• Book and manage appointments
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups
• Ensure excellent client dealing and satisfaction
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff

Requirements:

✅ Female candidate only
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Good command of Urdu & English
✅ Experience in customer service / call center preferred
✅ Basic computer & WhatsApp handling skills
✅ Pleasant personality and professional attitude
