Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Men’s Wear Brand

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our men’s wear brand. The role involves handling customer communication, managing online orders, and coordinating dispatch operations.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via social media and messaging platforms
• Manage orders using Shopify
• Handle dispatching, order tracking, and updates
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Provide excellent customer support

Requirements:

• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Ability to handle dispatching and logistics coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
