Job Timing : 07 PM to 03 AM - 12 AM to 08AM

Office Location: Near Evercare Hospital, Wapda Town Phase 2, Lahore

We are currently hiring female Customer Service Representatives for our Inbound Call Center. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in English communication, have a professional attitude, and want to build a career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and polite manner
• Provide accurate information and assist customers with their inquiries
• Maintain clear and confident English communication with customers
• Record and update customer information in the system
• Follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality customer service

Job Requirements:

• Strong English speaking and communication skills
• Ability to understand, read, and write English clearly
• Good listening skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge (email, typing, data entry)
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented workplace
