Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Office Assistant (Wapda Town Lahore)

We are seeking a professional, energetic, and well-spoken Female Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients, we want to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Problem Solving: Identify client needs and provide effective solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the management team with basic documentation and scheduling as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Graduation (Intermediate with relevant experience may be considered).
  • Communication: Fluency in Urdu is required; proficiency in English is a major plus.
  • Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and a polite, professional phone manner.
  • Location: Must be a resident of or able to commute to Wapda Town, Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 per month
