We are seeking a professional, energetic, and well-spoken Female Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients, we want to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing client inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Problem Solving: Identify client needs and provide effective solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Administrative Support: Assist the management team with basic documentation and scheduling as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Intermediate with relevant experience may be considered).
- Communication: Fluency in Urdu is required; proficiency in English is a major plus.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and a polite, professional phone manner.
- Location: Must be a resident of or able to commute to Wapda Town, Lahore.
