Safa Worldwide (Pvt.) Ltd. is a growing UK-focused BPO company operating in Karachi since 2015, delivering high-quality customer support and telesales solutions for international clients.

We handle a large volume of customer interactions daily, assisting UK customers with

Customer service enquiries, Billing support, Mobile contract and upgrades related services.

We are currently looking for confident, articulate, and customer-focused professionals to join our expanding team.

Role Overview
Handle customer interactions professionally with UK-based clients

Attend customer queries, follow-ups, and provide excellent support

Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and empathy

Build positive relationships with customers and represent the company professionally

Candidate Requirements
✔ Strong spoken English with a clear and neutral accent

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Customer-focused and professional attitude

✔ Fresh and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

✔ International calling or sales experience will be a plus

Working Hours (PK Time)
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM = Monday to Friday
2:00 PM – 08:00 PM = Saturday
