About the Role:
Reditcare Credit Management is seeking a female Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our team as a Financial Advisor. The ideal candidate will combine excellent customer service with strong sales and collection skills, assisting clients in managing and repaying their outstanding debts through structured salary-based plans. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a financial advisor to clients with outstanding bank debts
• Provide exceptional customer service while guiding clients toward responsible debt repayment
• Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to encourage timely payments
• Offer tailored repayment strategies aligned with clients’ salary structures
• Maintain clear, accurate records of all client interactions
• Follow up on payment commitments and meet daily/monthly recovery goals
• Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (due to the nature of client interactions and internal team dynamics)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or debt collection
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of salary-based repayment systems and debt management preferred
• Familiarity with UAE banking and credit practices is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
