• 1–2 Months Training Period (Onsite – Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• After Training – Night Shift (Remote)

About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated Female Customer Support Care Representative to manage customer interactions through our WhatsApp Business account. During the first 1–2 months, you will receive complete training onsite. After successful completion of training, this role will switch to a night-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to all customer messages via WhatsApp Business
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and order support
• Follow up with leads to help convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain detailed customer records and ensure timely reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image in all communications

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• 6 months to 1 year experience in customer support or online chat handling preferred
• Better written communication skills in Urdu or English
• Tech-savvy, good typing speed, and multitasking ability
• Must be punctual, customer-focused, and solution-oriented
• Must be willing to work night shifts after training
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools will be an advantage
