Western/Folk Dance Teacher (Female)

Location: Samashti International School, Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience working with schools
Gender Preference: Female

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and structured dance classes in Western and Folk dance styles for students of different age groups.
• Develop lesson plans and choreography suitable for school performances, competitions, and annual events.
• Encourage students’ creativity, rhythm, and movement skills while maintaining discipline and enthusiasm.
• Organize and coordinate dance events, cultural programs, and inter-school competitions.
• Collaborate with other teachers and departments to integrate dance with academic and extracurricular activities.
• Provide individual attention to students to enhance their performance and confidence.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment in dance sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest dance trends and teaching techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience teaching dance in a school setting.
• Proficiency in both Western and Folk dance styles.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about working with students and fostering their artistic growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
