Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator / Back Office Executive is responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the organization's operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and able to work beyond working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems.
  • Good knowledge in MS excel,
  • Experience in Word, Excel ,formating taking printouts, filing
  • Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist in generating reports as required by management.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data-related issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless back-office operations.
  • Perform routine audits of data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and other duties as assigned.
