Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ICU and CCU settings to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent critical thinking skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care to patients in life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in ICU/CCU.
• Monitor and manage patients on life-support systems and other high-acuity interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Urine Catherization , NG Tube change, IV admnistration, Blood Sampling.
• Respond to emergencies and perform advanced nursing procedures.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and condition changes.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory standards (e.g., JCAHO, HIPAA).

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in ICU and/or CCU required.
• BLS, ACLS certifications (Required).
• Critical Care Certification (CCRN) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac and intensive care procedures, medications, and equipment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Shifts: [10Hr] and 1 Day off in a week
