Job Description:

• Set up and prepare the dialysis equipment for patient use, including connecting tubes, checking dialysis machines, and calibrating instruments
• Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
• Observe patients for any signs of discomfort or adverse reactions during treatment and report any concerns to the supervising nurse or physician
• Administer and adjust medication dosages as prescribed by the physician
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and any adverse reactions
• Ensure that the dialysis equipment is properly cleaned and sterilized after each use
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during the dialysis treatment process
