Female Digital Marketing Executive
We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics, with the ability to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, manage SEO/SEM campaigns, and improve organic visibility.
2. Social Media Management
- Create and manage social media calendars, posts, and engagement activities.
- Monitor social channels, respond to messages/comments, and grow online communities.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
3. Content Creation & Coordination
- Work with designers, writers, and creative teams to produce engaging digital content.
- Oversee creation of ads, blogs, landing pages, email content, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards to track and measure performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and insights.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on data-driven analysis.
5. Email Marketing & CRM
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
- Segment audiences and improve customer retention through targeted messaging.
6. Collaboration & Strategy
- Coordinate with sales, design, and product teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, and content marketing.
- Experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
