Female Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads & Google Ads)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Female Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Plan and run Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Remarketing
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results
• Manage ad budgets and ensure maximum ROI
• Generate leads and conversions through targeted ad strategies
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Test creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve campaign performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong knowledge of campaign optimization and targeting
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion tracking
• Good understanding of digital marketing strategies
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization
• Experience in lead generation campaigns
