Position: Female Receptionist (Emirati Talent Only)

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati) applicants only
• Previous experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic is preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
• Professional appearance with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment management systems

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient inquiries efficiently
• Present clinic treatments, packages, and promotions to patients
• Support treatment sales and follow-ups with patients
• Assist in achieving clinic sales targets
• Support daily front desk and administrative operations
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth clinic workflow
