Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Technical Sales & Proposals: Preparing detailed technical proposals, bids, and presentations, often within construction, engineering, or technical solution sectors.
• Lead Generation & Management: Identifying new market opportunities, managing CRM systems, and converting potential clients into partners.
• Market Research: Analyzing competitors and industry trends to align business activities with market needs.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Technical Expertise: Utilizing engineering knowledge to communicate value propositions for specialized products or services.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architect , Civil, etc.)
• Experience: Generally 3–5 years in business development or technical sales, particularly in the UAE/GCC construction sector.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication (English required, Arabic is an advantage), and CRM proficiency.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
