Job Description

We are looking for motivated and confident Customer Service Representatives to join our team for night-shift operations. The role involves cold calling prospects in the UK and United States to introduce and enroll them in our online Quranic classes.

This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable speaking English, persuasive on calls, and able to work during night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the UK and US
• Clearly explain our Quranic learning programs and their benefits
• Convince and guide interested individuals toward enrollment
• Maintain a polite, professional, and respectful tone on every call
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets
• Record call outcomes and basic customer details accurately

Requirements

• Strong English communication and speaking skills
• Confidence in cold calling and sales-oriented conversations
• Ability to work night shift (UK & US time zones)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with dialer systems
• Prior experience in call centers, telesales, or customer support is a plus
