• Diagnostic nasoendoscopy & otoscopy
• Nasal cautery for epistaxis
• Foreign body removal (ear, nose, throat)
• Ear syringing and microsuction
• Incision & drainage of small abscesses
• Biopsies (oral, nasal, pharyngeal lesions)
• Myringotomy without grommet insertion
• Simple nasal fracture reduction
• Excision of small benign lesions in head & neck region
• Basic allergy testing (skin prick, patch) if trained

Major & Complex Surgeries

• Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)
• Septoplasty & septorhinoplasty
• Tympanoplasty / ossiculoplasty
• Mastoidectomy
• Tonsillectomy & adenoidectomy (sometimes core if trained, but usually hospital-based)
• Endoscopic laryngeal surgery (polyps, nodules)
• Neck dissection for cancer
• Cochlear implantation
• Complex airway surgery
