Female Environmental Coordinator – Business Development & Sustainability

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Environmental Coordinator with a strong focus on business development, client engagement, and sustainability consulting.

The role combines environmental expertise with market outreach, supporting the expansion of Biltehqeeq’s environmental services portfolio, including:

• ESG & sustainability consulting
• ISO 14001 & environmental compliance support
• Carbon footprint & LCA studies
• Higg FEM / supply chain sustainability
• Research & training programs
• Green certification and donor-funded projects

The candidate will actively generate partnerships, develop proposals, and convert opportunities into projects, while coordinating technical environmental initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Engagement (Primary Focus)

• Identify and approach industries, SMEs, exporters, NGOs, and institutions for environmental and sustainability services.
• Generate leads, proposals, and consultancy projects aligned with Biltehqeeq’s service offerings.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals, concept notes, and expressions of interest (EOIs).
• Support grant applications and donor-funded environmental projects.
• Develop strategic partnerships with chambers, associations, and academic institutions.
• Maintain a client pipeline and revenue targets.

Environmental & Sustainability Coordination

• Coordinate implementation of environmental management systems (ISO 14001, ESG, Higg FEM, etc.).
• Assist industries with compliance, audits, and sustainability reporting.
• Support environmental research, LCA studies, and carbon accounting.
• Conduct environmental assessments and recommend improvement plans.

Training & Outreach

• Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions on sustainability topics.
• Develop awareness materials and digital content for environmental campaigns.
• Represent Biltehqeeq at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

Research & Reporting

• Collect and analyze environmental and market data.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and impact documentation.
• Track KPIs for business development and sustainability performance.

QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Environmental Science/Management

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
