We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Female Events Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute a variety of events. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. She will be responsible for ensuring each event is professionally executed and aligns with the organization’s goals and image.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events including conferences, corporate functions, social gatherings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
- Handle all event logistics including scheduling, décor, catering, and transportation.
- Supervise on-site event staff and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.
- Maintain records, photos, and feedback from events to evaluate success and improvements.

- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in coordinating successful events.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
- At least one year UAE experience is required.
