Sales Goals:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences, leveraging effective communication techniques to exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Visual Merchandising:
- Design and implement visually appealing product displays in the showroom that not only attract customer attention but also enhance engagement and accurately represent the brand image.
Showroom Maintenance:
- Maintain an organized, clean, and tidy showroom environment that reflects the luxury brand standard and enhances the customer shopping experience.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our designs and our inventory. Use this knowledge to provide tailored recommendations that resonate with customers’ tastes and preferences.
Handling Transactions:
- Ensure a smooth and efficient checkout experience by processing transactions seamlessly via POS systems or payment links, minimizing wait times for customers.
Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and effectively resolving issues, fostering a strong relationship with each client.
Inventory Management:
- Support inventory management efforts by monitoring stock levels, identifying best-selling items, and proactively facilitating restocking to ensure product availability.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to achieve company objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork.
Feedback Collection:

Measurements for Alterations:

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or fashion is preferred.
