Job Description:

We are hiring a Floor Sales Assistant for our Changan showroom. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by engaging walk-in customers, assisting in vehicle inquiries, and ensuring an excellent showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Provide basic product information and guide customers
• Support sales executives during the sales process
• Maintain showroom appearance and display standards
• Handle customer queries and coordinate test drives
• Assist in documentation and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and customer-focused personality
• Sales or showroom experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours
• 2 years of experience required
