FLORIST

The florist will design and prepare floral arrangements for daily orders and special events, maintain fresh inventory, and provide knowledgeable, friendly service to customers. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

· Create bouquets, centerpieces, and custom floral designs for various occasions.

· Assist customers in selecting flowers based on style, budget, and event needs.

· Maintain and care for fresh flowers, plants, and shop displays.

· Manage daily orders, including in‑store, phone, and online requests.

· Prepare arrangements for delivery and coordinate with drivers.

· Support event setups for weddings, corporate functions, and celebrations.

· Receive, inspect, and rotate floral inventory and supplies.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment.

Qualification

· 1–2 years of experience in floral design preferred.

· Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and care techniques.

· Good communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons.

· Physically able to lift buckets, stand for long periods, and work in cooler environments.

· Basic POS and cash‑handling experience is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
