We are currently hiring a Female candidate to support our Admin, Accounting and HR .
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English , with strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to office coordination and employee support.
Responsibilities:
- Enter accounting records, invoices, and petty cash logs.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of contracts, receipts, and office records
- Coordinate with technicians and accounting to ensure accurate daily service entries
- Respond to internal queries related to administrative processes or data
- Maintain and update employee files, including contracts, ID copies, leave records, and attendance tracking
- Assist in drafting HR-related correspondence such as offer letters, warning letters, and memos
- Facilitate employee onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Monitor and manage leave requests and employee attendance sheets
- Coordinate with PRO or HR manager for visa renewals, medical tests, and other official procedures
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Proven experience in administration, basic accounting, and/or HR support
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
