Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Help in preparing financial statements and balance sheets.
• Support the accounting department with various tasks.
• Handle data entry, invoicing, and bookkeeping duties.
• Assist in handling budgets and forecasts.
• Provide administrative support to senior team members.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve business operations.
• Learn and adapt to various business software tools.

Qualifications:

• Fresh BCom / MCom degree (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or any relevant work experience (not mandatory, but a plus).
• Basic knowledge of financial tools/software like QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP (desirable).
