DR AIMEN ZIA DENTAL CLINIC LLC is seeking a highly presentable, smart, and sales-driven Dental Front Desk Officer to join our team in Dubai. This is a key role where personality, communication, and conversion skills are critical to the success of the clinic.

Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and dynamic receptionist who can professionally handle patients, manage front desk operations, and convert inquiries into paid consultations through excellent communication and sales skills.

The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, energetic, and persuasive, with prior experience in a dental clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with a professional and friendly attitude
• Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and walk-ins efficiently
• Convert calls, WhatsApp messages, and Instagram inquiries into consultations
• Maintain and manage EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software
• Answer calls and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about treatments and services
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Manage billing, receipts, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain clinic presentation and front desk organization

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred
• Arabic-speaking candidates highly preferred
• Must be very presentable, well-groomed, and confident
• Proven sales and communication skills (conversion-focused mindset)
• Prior experience in a dental clinic (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of:
• EMR software systems
• WhatsApp communication
• Instagram handling and patient engagement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be punctual, dedicated, and proactive

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

• AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 (based on experience and performance)
• Opportunity for growth and performance-based incentives

Important Notes

• Candidates with own visa (freelance/spouse visa) will be preferred
• (Currently, visa sponsorship is not available)
• A trial period may be required before final hiring
• Candidates must comply with UAE labor laws and clinic policies
