Position: Front Desk Officer
Location: Bahadurabad
Timings: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Greet parents, visitors, and students courteously and professionally.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth reception operations.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the school office.
Coordinate communication between departments as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital record-keeping.
Presentable, confident, and well-mannered.
Prior experience in a school or customer service role will be an advantage.
