Front Office Staff/Reception in Hotel FEMALE ONLY

Job Description:

We are seeking a Female friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Office Staff member to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing the day-to-day operations of the front office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and reservations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Other task maybe assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in front office or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge in Opera or Wishnet system is a plus

Language: English, Tagalog, Arabic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,650.00 per month
