Job Description:
We are seeking a Female friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Office Staff member to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing the day-to-day operations of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and reservations.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Other task maybe assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front office or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge in Opera or Wishnet system is a plus
