The duties of your new job will include:
1. Maintaining the CEO's office to ensure a conducive work environment.
2. Handling various monetary transactions, including cheque and cash deposits and dues reports in cooperation with the HR and Accounting Officer.
3. Following up for agents to viewing appointments and capturing property photos.
4. Providing transportation support for our staff.
5. Provide administrative support.
6. Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
7. Coordinate office events and manage office supplies and inventory.
8. Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
9. Handle inquiries and provide basic information to clients or visitors.
10. Answer and direct incoming calls/messages and maintenance requests to relevant employees.
11. Manage the company social media pages and answer the inquiries related to them.
12. Writing contracts, Receiving rental/commission cash/cheques and reporting everyday sales to HR & Accounting Officer.
13. Any Other Related Duties the Management Required.
