We are looking for a well-spoken, professional, and efficient Front Office Manager (Female) to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should be a multitasker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling public dealings, maintaining accurate records, and managing front desk operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and general office tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and parents.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation using digital and physical systems.
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and official communication using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Schedule appointments, manage meetings, and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Keep front office operations smooth and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and support various departments when needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism in all dealings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience in a front office or administrative role.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Pleasant personality with strong public dealing and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month
