We are seeking for our luxury gym in Abu Dhabi for Female Gym Receptionist/admin to be the first point of contact for members and visitors. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for helping people feel comfortable and supported with the following job description:

  • Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage bookings
  • Handle membership registrations, renewals, and payments if any.
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Coordinate class schedules and communicate changes to members
  • Support gym staff and management as needed.
  • Support the management in preparing regular reports.
  • should have at least two years experience as gym receptionist and admin.
  • with minimum high school education, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal with computer skills.
