Female Hand Embroiderer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Female Hand Embroiderer to join our growing fashion and textile team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional and contemporary hand embroidery techniques and a passion for fine craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Create intricate hand embroidery designs on garments, fabrics, or accessories as per design requirements.
• Follow embroidery patterns or create freehand designs based on client specifications.
• Work with different types of threads, beads, sequins, and embellishments.
• Ensure high quality and consistency in all embroidery work.
• Collaborate with designers and production staff to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain tools, materials, and workspace in excellent condition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hand embroidery (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Expertise in various embroidery techniques such as zari, aari, zardozi, chikankari, mirror work, or beadwork.
• Attention to detail, patience, and artistic flair.
• Ability to interpret designs and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of fabric types and embroidery compatibility.
• Good time management and commitment to quality and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate from India to Dubai
• Must have or be eligible for a valid UAE work visa
