Female Head Nurse (Luxury Aesthetic Clinic)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the nursing team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Assist doctors in aesthetic procedures (laser, Botox, fillers, skin treatments) and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Conduct patient assessments and ensure proper pre/post-procedure care and education.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control, and clinical standards.
• Maintain patient records, clinic documentation, and confidentiality.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and smooth clinic operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• DHA License / Eligibility (mandatory)
• 3–4 years experience as Head Nurse/Senior Nurse in aesthetic/dermatology clinic
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures and patient management
• Proven leadership and communication skills
